How Borrego O&M Reports Provide Value
Consistency and thoroughness are critical when it comes to O&M service reporting. Preventative maintenance reports are created from our technician iPhone checklists after each site visit. Corrective maintenance (CM) reports detail issues uncovered, solutions implemented, additional recommendations and pending work. CM in progress and closed case reports are both provided automatically. Vegetation and washing post visit reports provide before and after details to evaluate work effectiveness. Performance reporting clearly shows performance anomalies through the metrics provided.
